多发性硬化患者外周血γδT细胞与CD4+CD25+Foxp3+Treg细胞比例的变化

【摘要】Objective To investigate the changes of the percentages of 78T cells and CD4+ ,CD25+ , Foxp3 + ,Treg cells in the peripheral blood of patients with multiple sclerosis( MS ). Methods Peripheral blood mononuclear lymphocytes of 37 cases MS patients( MS group ) and 25 cases healthy controls( NC group ) were separated with Ficoll Hypaque density gradient centrifugation. The proportion of 78T cells and CD4+ ,CD25+ ,Foxp3 + ,Treg cells were detected with flow cytometry. Results The percentage of 78T cells in the peripheral blood of MS patients was significantly elevated compared with the healthy controls,and that of active patients were higher than inactive patients. The percentage of CD4+ ,CD25+ ,Foxp3 + ,Treg cells decreased in the peripheral blood of MS patients compared with healthy controls, with it being lower in active patients than inactive patients. There was significant negative correlation between the percent of 78T cells and the percent of CD4+ , CD25+ , Foxp3 + , Treg cells in MS patients( P < 0.05 ). Conclusion The up-regulation of peripheral blood 78T cells in MS patients might cause the down-regulation of peripheral CD4 + , CD25+ ,
