Nd3+∶YAG固体激光器泵浦的 KTP-OPO实验研究

【摘要】An optical parametric oscillator (OPO) pumped by an electro-optical Q-switched Nd3+ :YAG laser operating at 532 nm was constructed .The KTP-crystal size was 7 mm × 7 mm × 20 mm with type-Ⅱ phase matching (θ=90° ,φ=0°) .The OPO system converted the pump beam into the i-dler laser of 1 215 nm and the signal laser of 946 nm .The highest coupling output was 12 .14 mJ and the highest conversion efficiency was 10 .82% .%利用电光调Q脉冲Nd3+∶YAG固体激光器的532nm绿光作为抽运光源,以Ⅱ类相位匹配(θ=90°,φ=0°)、尺寸7mm×7mm×20mm的KTP晶体为参振晶体,构建了光参量振荡器实验系统.系统将入射抽运光振荡产生1215nm的参量光及946nm的信号光,结果显示:最高耦合输出为12.14mJ,抽运光能量与参量光能量的最高转换效率为10.82%. 【总页数】3页(6-8)
