【摘要】Objective To study the influence of the way of WeChat propaganda and education on the complications of young and middle-aged patients with peritoneal dialysis.Methods 100 young patients with peritoneal dialysis were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,and the incidence rate of complications was compared between 2 groups at 6 months after 1~12 months in our department. Results The incidence rate of complications in the two groups was compared with that in the experimental group and the control group. Conclusion The way of WeChat propaganda and education can reduce the incidence of complications in the young and middle-aged patients with peritoneal dialysis.%目的：研究微信宣教途径对中青年腹膜透析患者并发症的影响。方法取2014年1~12月在我科居家行腹膜透析的中青年患者100例，随机分为实验组和对照组，通过6个月的微信健康教育处，比较2组患者并发症的发生率。结果两组并发症发生率比较，实验组远远地与对照组。结论微信宣教途径可降低中青年腹膜透析患者并发症的发生。 【总页数】2页(266-266,267)
