妊娠合并主动脉瘤早期识别及处理

【摘要】妊娠合并主动脉瘤是严重的心血管疾病,尽早识别与处理是降低妊娠合并主动脉瘤死亡率的关键问题.主动脉瘤和主动脉夹层患者常合并有心血管系统基础疾病,妊娠是主动脉夹层的一个独立危险因素.突发剧烈疼痛及血压的改变是主动脉瘤并发夹层或破裂的典型表现,超声心动图是孕期诊断的首选方法.早期诊治可以有效改善妊娠期及产褥期合并主动脉瘤患者的母儿结局,其具体治疗方案应权衡孕产妇及胎儿情况、主动脉瘤分型等因素综合考虑.%Aortic aneurysm occurring during pregnancy represents a lethal risk to both the mother and fetus.It is very important to diagnose and manage the disease in the early stage.Patients with the aortic aneurysm and the aortic dissection in the pregnancy are often with the history of cardiovascular disease.Pregnancy is also an independent risk factor of aortic aneurysm.The typical clinical symptoms are pain and the changes of the patient's blood pressure.The ultrasonic cardiogram is the first choice of imageological examination for pregnant patients who have the typical symptoms.The specific managements should depend on different patient's conditions. 【总页数】5页(272-276) 【关键词】妊娠;产褥期;主动脉瘤
