健康宣教对门诊行结核菌素试验患者的效果观察

【摘要】ob jective T o give health education to out-patient patients w ith P PD and observe its effect. M eihods T he questionnaire w as token to analyze 50 outpatient Patients with PPD . U sing SPSS 12 .0 statistical package for analysis. M ean + standard (X + SDl ) deviation were used in all m ea- surem ent data description .The positive rates and negative rates w ere used in all m easurem ent date descrption . Using 1he chrsquare test to com pare . P <0 .05 indicated significant differences. P<0 .01 has a very significant difference . R esults Patients w ilh different education backgrounds have differences in degree of understanding , acception and cooperation Ihrough 1he test ( P<0 .01) . C onclusion H ealih education can in prove 1he patient's om pli- ance, accuracy of test results , and nursing satisfaction , to in prove 1he nurse-patient rektionshj), and to avoid m edical tangle .%目的 对门诊行结核菌素试验(PPD)的患者进行健康宣教观察其效果.方法 用发放调查问卷的形式对门诊50例行PPD试验的患者进行健康宣教,并分析调查结果.使用SPSS12.0统计软件包进行分析.比较采用卡方检验,以P＜0.05表示有显著性差异,P＜0.01表示有非常显著性差异.结果 不同学历的患者通过健康宣教后对该试验的了解程度、接受程度以及配合程度均存在差异(P＜0.01).结论 健康宣教可提高患者的依从性、
