气囊助产对分娩的影响分析

【摘要】Objective:To observe the impact of airbag midwifery to obstertic delivery .Methods:164 primiparas with airbag midwifery were chosen as the observation group from our hospital .160 primipares without airbag midwifery were chosen as the control group .The la-bor and the delivery ways for both groups were compared .Results:The first , second and the total labor time for observation group were sig-nificantly less than those of the control group (P<0.05);The rate of vaginal delivery of the observation group was higher than the rate of the control group as well .The rates of vaginal midwifery and cesarean delivery of the observation group were both less than the control group’s.The
differences
were
statistically
significant
(P<0.01).Conclusion:Airbag midwifery could shorten the labor , lower the vagi-nal midwifery and cesarean rates and reduce the soft birth canal injury .This method was safe , simple and effective as well as improving the obstetric quality .%目的：观察气囊助产对产科分娩的影响。方法：选择在我院选择气囊助产的164例初产妇作为观察组，将同期没有选择气囊助产的160例初产妇作为对照组。对2组产妇的产程和分娩方式进行比较。结果：观察组第1产程、第2产程和总产程时间明显少于对照组（P＜0．05）；
观察组的顺产率也高于对照组，阴道助产和剖宫产发生率均低于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0．01）。结论：气囊助产可缩短产程，降低阴道助产及剖宫产率，减少软产道损伤，此方法安全、简便、有效，促进了产科质量的提高。
