急性重症胰腺炎62例围手术期的护理干预的临床观察

【摘要】Objective To observe integrative nursing in reducing pain of patients with acute pancreatitis and promoting the role of rehabilitation. Methods 62 cases with acute Biliary pancreatitis patients were given nursing interventions, divided into two groups according to hospital number,odd number of 31 cases in control group were received routine care,even number of 31 cases for the experimental group,were received whole care in their preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative,care outcomes were compared. Results Postoperative mortality in the experimental group (19.35%) was significantly lower than the control group (38.71%), average length of stay is shortened, reducing the number of complications in patients (3.48%), the dif erence was statistical y significant ( <0.05). Conclusion Integrative nursing interventions can reduce pain and improve the ef icacy for patients with acute Biliary pancreatitis.%目的观察整体护理干预在减轻急性重症胰腺炎患者痛苦，促进康复的作用。方法选择62例急性重症胰腺炎患者，按住院号奇偶分成两组，奇数组31例为对照组，给予常规护理，偶数组31例为实验组，对其进行术前、术中和术后全程护理，比较两组护理结局。结果实验组术后患者死亡率(19.35%)明显低于对照组(38.71%)，平均住院日缩短，并发症例数减
