多产丙烯TMP技术在不同工艺条件下的工业应用

【摘要】介绍中国石油大庆炼化分公司0.12 Mt/a DCC装置进行TMP技术改造及工业应用试验情况。结果表明:丙烯收率达到20.31%,干气+焦炭+损失为14.49%,汽油烯烃体积含量34.4%,RON为96.0,达到设计指标。进一步考察TMP技术在常规催化裂化工艺条件下的应用情况,结果表明:丙烯收率为15.06%,干气+焦炭+损失为12.91%,汽油烯烃体积含量63.8%,RON为94.5。%The paper introduced the industrial application and technology revamp of in- creasing propylene yield by two -stage lift pipe (TMP) technology developed by China Petro- chemical University on 0. 12 Mt/a cracking catalytic unit in Daqing refinery Branch Company. The application results of the TMP technology showed that propylene yield reached 20. 31%, dry gas and coke and loss were totally 14.49%, olefin volume content in gasoline was 34.4%, and octane value tested by the research method (RON) was 96. Design index of the TMP tech- nology was realized. The paper further studied application situations of the TMP technology un- der the normal catalytic cracking process condition, results showed propylene yield reached 15.06%, dry gas and coke and loss were totally 12.91%, and RON was 94. 5. 【总页数】5页(121-125)
