沃尔玛的配送系统，全世界采购战略，物流信息技术，供给链治理，天天平价在业界都是可圈可点的经典案例。能够说，沃尔玛所有的成功都是成立在利用信息技术整合优势资源、信息技术战略与零售业整合的基础之上。全世界零售业的同行都明白沃尔玛的信息系统是最先进的，其要紧特点是：投入大、功能全、速度快、智能化和全世界联网。
