基于MEDLINE收录的室性心律失常研究的文献计量分析

【摘要】Objective To summarize and analyze the research status and development trends of the ventricular arrhythmias (VAs).Methods We used the GoPubMed as the retrieval tool to retrieve the literature of the VAs
in
the
MEDLINE
database(1970.01.01-2015.11.31),and
the
distribution of literatures by year,area,publication journals,and top terms was analyzed.Results There were totally 28 411 papers published.The literature number increased rapidly after 1992,reaching the platform period in 2008.The leading country in VAs research area was United States (7 404,26.06％),followed by Japan (1 897,6.68％) and Germany (1 573,5.54％),and China ranked eighth (623,2.19％),but the total amount of publications conducted by Chinese showed a rapid upward trend since 2000.The top three literatures output cities were Boston (United States),New
York
City
(United
States),Tokyo
(Japan).Beijing,Wuhan,Shanghai,Nanjing and Guangzhou were the top five cites in China.The top five productive journals were Pacing and Clinical Electrophysiology、Circulation、Journal of Cardiovascular Electrophysiology、The American Journal of Cardiology and Heart Rhythm,which accounted for 20.99％ of the total publications.The
