摘 要：节日是一个民族文化的主要形式。现代社会的发展日新月异，多元文化的交流与融合日益激烈，作为文化重要组成部分的节日文化的交流与融合理所当然。西方节日的新奇事物传入中国后，影响了人们的观念和思维方式。外来节日或受外来节日影响产生的新的节日得到迅猛发展。中国现代社会的节日领域的变革，反映了节日在西方影响下中国现代社会的变迁，也说明在文化交流过程中外来文化浸入与传统文化保护的一般特点。

Chinese and Western cultural differences from
the traditional festivals
Abstract: The festival is one of the main forms of national culture. The development of modern society change rapidly, multi-cultural exchange and integration is becoming increasingly fierce, as the Festival cultural exchanges and integration of behoove an important part of culture. The novelty of western festivals afferent China, affects people's ideas and mode of thinking. Foreign festivals or festivals by foreign festivals impact has been the rapid development of the new.
