关于艾滋病患者不同心理时期实施针对性心理护理的效果

【摘要】Objective To investigate the clinical ef ect of the targeted psychological nursing in nursing in patients with aids. Methods In our hospital from 2011 June to 2013 June were selected for sampling of AIDS patients, 80 patients were observed randomly contrast, the control group and observation group with 40 cases in each group, the control group were given routine psychological nursing, the patients in the observation group was used the psychological nursing of psychological time, observed in patients with psychological problems between the two groups in the solution. Results The application of dif erent psychological period of targeted psychological nursing of the patients with anxiety, depression scale score was significantly lower than the control group using routine psychological nursing. Conclusion The clinical nursing of targeted psychological nursing used in AIDS patients with dif erent psychological time, help patients to establish the correct diagnosis and treatment attitude, improve the treatment compliance.%目的探讨将针对性心理护理应用于艾滋病患者护理中的临床效果。方法对我院2011年6月~2013年6月收治的艾滋病患者进行抽样，选取80例患者对比
观察，随机将其对照组与观察组各40例，对对照组患者给予常规心理护理，针对观察组患者则采用不同心理时期的针对性心理护理，对比观察两组患者心理问题的解决状况。结果应用不同心理时期针对性心理护理的观察组患者焦虑、抑郁量表评分显著低于选用常规心理护理的对照组。结论将不同心理时期的针对性心理护理应用于艾滋病患者的临床护理中，有助于帮助患者树立正确的诊疗态度，提高其治疗的依从性。 【总页数】1页(419-419)
