A barrel insert in the form of a wheel on the surface of which supporting elements and reinforcing bars are mounted, characterised in that two parts of the wheel (1) can be bent on the lines of two parallel secants (2), whereas a ring (3) seated concentrically on the central stable part of the wheel (1) is connected with the wheel (1) rim by means of radially seated supporting elements (4) between which a little bit shorter reinforcing bars (5) are seated symmetrically and radially as well, and at the same time each of at least two reinforcing bars (5), situated partially on the separate wheel (1) parts that can be bent, comprises at least two element (5' and 5''), whose adjacent edges (6 and 7) have planes equal to each other or
