新生化颗粒联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片对高危人工流产术后康复的影响

摘要 目的：观察新生化颗粒联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片对高危人工流产术后康复的影响。方法：选取2015年1月至2017年2月佛山市妇幼保健院收治的高危人工流产术后患者120例，随机分为空白对照组、对照组和观察组，每组40例，空白对照组给予常规基础治疗，对照组在空白对照组基础上给予炔雌醇环丙孕酮片，观察组在对照组基础上加用新生化颗粒，观察患者术后阴道出血、月经恢复、尿HCG转阴、子宫内膜厚度、子宫内膜螺旋动脉血流动力学改善情况。结果：3组在阴道出血量、出血时间、月经恢复情况、月经规律比较，差异有统计学意义（P

Abstract Objective：To observe the curative effects of Xinshenghua Granule combined with
Ethinylestradiol Cyproterone Tablets on the postoperative rehabilitation of high-risk artificial abortion. Methods： A total of 120 patients of postoperative rehabilitation of high-risk artificial abortion who were admitted and treated in Foshan Women and Children Hospital from January 2015 to February 2017 were selected and randomly divided into blank control group， control group and observation group， with 40 cases in each group.
