多指标正交试验优选凤丹皮醇提工艺

【摘要】目的 优选凤丹皮最佳乙醇回流提取工艺.方法 采用L9(34)正交试验设计,选择乙醇浓度、料液比、提取时间、提取次数为考察因素,以凤丹皮中6个活性成分(氧化芍药苷、儿茶素、芍药苷、苯甲酰氧化芍药苷、苯甲酰芍药苷、丹皮酚)的含量及浸膏率作为指标,进行综合评分.结果 凤丹皮的最佳乙醇回流提取工艺为10倍量90％的乙醇,每次提取60 min,提取2次.结论 采用多指标综合评分法考察凤丹皮乙醇回流提取工艺,指标全面,方法客观,对于规范凤丹皮的提取工艺具有一定的意义.%Objective To optimize the extraction techniques for Moutan Cortex.Methods The test is designed by using orthogonal table L9(34).The factors are concentration of ethanol,solid-liquid ratio,extraction time and extraction frequency.The levels of six main active components and Extraction rate are taken as the indices for the comprehensive evaluation.Results The optimum ethanol extracting procedure is adding 10-fold ethanol of 90 ％ concentration,and extracting for twice,60 min each time.Conclusion The relative content of effective components of evaluation index of ethanol extraction process of Moutan Cortex establish more fully reflect the Moutan Cortex,the extraction process more scientific and reasonable and provide an useful reference for Chinese medicine extraction evaluation method.
