3种内镜下止血方法治疗非静脉曲张性消化道出血的疗效

摘 要 目的：比较3种内镜下止血方法在治疗非静脉曲张性消化道出血中的临床疗效。方法：选取非静脉曲张性消化道出血患者120例，按照止血方法的不同分为A组（注射肾上腺素止血）、B组（高频电凝止血）、C组（钛夹止血）各40例，比较3组患者的临床疗效。结果：C组治疗后呕吐消失时间、肠鸣音恢復时间、粪便潜血转阴时间、引流管变清时间、平均住院时间比A、B组明显缩短；即时止血率、有效止血率明显优于A、B组；1周内再次出血率明显少于A、B组（P

ABSTRACT Objective： To compare the clinical efficacy of three endoscopic hemostasis methods in the treatment of nonvariceal gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods： One hundred and twenty patients with non-variceal gastrointestinal hemorrhage were divided into group A （adrenaline injection hemostasis）， group B （high frequency electrocoagulation hemostasis）， group C（titanium clip hemostasis） with 40 cases each based on the different hemostasis methods. The clinical effects were observed and compared among the three groups.
