【摘要】Objective To explore the application ef ect of injection pump pipe contrast examination in the womb fal opian. Methods Choice for 2012-2013 years in our department for uterine oviduct radiography in 128 patients before and after, according to the application of injection pump into the experimental group and the control group. Routine preoperative nursing guide patients with check. Records of two groups of patients the inspection time, exposure duration, dosage of contrast, the standard class a piece rate for comparison. Results In the experimental group, surgical examination time, exposure duration, the dosage of contrast, significantly less than the control group, the standard class a piece rate increased significantly, the dif erence was statistical y significant ( < 0.05). Conclusion Injection pump in hysterosalpingography can significantly improve the image quality, prevents alveolar over inflation in acute lung injury reduce the doctor's workload, improve work ef iciency;reduce the dosage of contrast, shorten the patient of vulva exposure time, increase patient satisfaction.%目的：探讨注射泵在子宫输卵管造影检查中的应用效果。方法选择2012~2013年在我科行子宫输卵管X线造影检查有患者128例，根据应用注
