【摘要】目的 分析比较动力髋螺钉(DHS)和人工股骨头置换治疗80岁以上骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效.方法 回顾性分析我院2000年1月~2010年1月80岁以上骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折人工股骨头置换和DHS的治疗效果(人工股骨头置换组35例和DHS组38例),比较各组手术时间、术中平均出血量、围手术期并发症及Harris髋关节功能评分等指标.结果 人工股骨头置换组较DHS组手术时间长、出血量多,但下床时间早,术后功能恢复好.结论 与DHS相比较,人工股骨头置换更适合治疗80岁以上骨质疏松性粗隆间骨折.%Objective To compare the clinical effects of artificial joints replacement
