摘 要
根据变电站综合自动化系统的现状和发展趋势,应用分层、模块化和面向对象的设计方法和编程技术,本文从设计原则、实现原理、整体结构、软硬件部分、功能模块的应用程序等方面对分层分布式变电站综合自动化微机监控系统进行了分析和设计。本文主要做了以下5个工作。对变电站综合自动化系统及其微机监控系统进行比较详细地研究。对变电站综合自动化微机监控系统的基本原理、系统结构进行分析和综合,提出了该系统的总体设计方案和框图,并对它的整体结构进行设计。研究和设计了变电站综合自动化微机监控系统的硬件部分和软件部分。对其中的交变量越限安全监视子功能模块编写了流程框图和算法、并用Visual C++高级语言编写和调试了该部分的实用程序。

Abstract:
Based on the substation integrated automation’s current situation and development trend, using layered, modular and object-oriented design and programming technologies, this thesis has analyzed and designed the microcomputer monitoring and controlling system in substation integrated automation towards layering distribute type, from its design principles, achieve principle, the overall structure, the areas of hardware and software, the application procedures of functional module and so on. This paper has done the following five aspects of the work. It has studied substation integrated automation and its microcomputer monitoring and controlling system. It has analyzed and synthesized the basic principle and architecture of the microcomputer monitoring and controlling system in substation integrated automation, put forward the overall design programmers of the system and block diagram of the programmer, and designed the overall structure. It has studied and designed hardware parts and software parts in

the microcomputer monitoring and controlling system in substation integrated automation. It has prepared the flow diagram and algorithms of alternating parameters security monitoring sub-module in the system, and written and debugged its utility using the high-level language Visual C++.
