【摘要】目的：观察单硝酸异山梨酯联合阿司匹林肠溶片（拜阿司匹林）治疗心绞痛的临床效果。方法将78例心绞痛患者分为两组，对照组采用单硝酸异山梨酯治疗，观察组采用单硝酸异山梨酯联合拜阿司匹林治疗，对比观察两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组（P<0.05）；且治疗后观察组心绞痛发作频率及持续时间等方面少于对照组（P<0.05）。结论单硝酸异山梨酯联合拜阿司匹林治疗心绞痛的临床效果显著。%Objective To observe the efficacy of isosorbide mononitrate combined aspirin for treatment of angina pectoris. Methods 78 cases of angina pectoris patients were divided into two groups,control group treated by isosorbide mononitrate,observation group with isosorbide mononitrate joint worship aspirin treatment,compared to observe clinical therapeutic effect of two groups of patients. Results Treatment group total effectiveness was higher than the control group(P<0.05),and the observation group after treatment angina frequency and duration weres less than that in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The isosorbide mononitrate joint worship of aspirin in the treatment of angina pectoris clinical effect is remarkable. 【总页数】2页(112-113)
