In junction box, the connection shall be correct, well fastened and insulated; electrical clearance and creepage distance shall be arranged as requirement. Flameproof surface and inlet gland of explosion proof junction box shall comply with requirement, bolts and check washers shall be complete and reliable. Motor and its starting up device shall be earthed as specified. Insulation resistance of stator winding shall be measured. Surface of collector ring shall be clean and smooth; brush yoke, brush rigging and brush shall be mounted according to requirement. Proper amount of quality grease (oil) shall be injected into bearings as per technical requirement. Rotator can be turned smoothly without obstruction. Set point for short circuit protection device shall comply with design. Set point of overload protection device shall comply with design. Insulation resistance of main circuit. Insulation resistance of control circuit. Function of analogue operation of control, protection and interlock circuits shall be consistent with requirement of design. ——“轴承润滑脂（油）及填充量符合产品技术文件规定”栏，既不拆卸
端盖也不更换润滑脂时，此栏填写“－”；当拆卸端盖只更换润滑脂，而不进行电机抽芯检查时填写此栏，并写明润滑脂牌号，但不再填写电机抽芯检查记录；
——“短路保护设备整定值符合设计文件要求”和“过载保护设备整定值
符合设计文件要求”栏，在“检查结果”栏中填写设备名称（如低压断路器、熔断器、热继电器、过流继电器）及整定值；
——“主回路绝缘电阻”、“控制回路绝缘电阻”系指空载运行前测量线路
连同电动机或控制设备的绝缘电阻值；
——“轴承温度”栏应填写实测温度值，而非负荷端因有风扇罩无法测量时，填写“－”；
——“双倍振幅值”栏应填写同步转速下的实测数值。
