茶黄素防治口腔疾病研究进展

【摘要】茶黄素（theaflavins，TFs）是一类含有多个羟基或酚羟基的苯骈卓酚酮类化合物的总称。由于TFs具有抑菌、抗病毒、良好的抗氧化性能及显著清除自由基的能力，使其在龋病、牙周炎、口腔黏膜病和口腔癌等疾病的预防和治疗中具有潜在的应用前景。本文就近年来TFs在口腔疾病防治方面的相关研究进展做一综述。%Theaflavins(TFs)is a group of polyphenol pigments which include multiple hydroxyl or phenolic hydroxyl. TFs exhibits numerous
health-related
beneficial
effects,such
as
antibacterial,antiviral,antioxidant and free radical-scaveng-ing activity. Thus TFs may have a potential application prospect in oral disease including caries,periodontitis,oral muco-sal disease and oral cancer.
