从脾从湿论治带下病体会

【摘要】Objective:According to the experience of the ancient physicians on the treatment of gynecological disease and my clinical practice of gynecological disease,that splenism is the internal causes of gynecological disease,with pathogenic dampness infestation any damage taken off from two pulses,therefore,from the spleen and from wet in the treatment of gynecological disease. According to dialectical divided:spleen deficiency,dampness, heat,Yang dampness,Yin dampness syndrome type and other syndromes,and summarize the commonly used drug for general medicine,with the card to add and subtract,which has obtained the good curative effect.%结合历代医家论治带下病经验及本人治疗带下病临床实践，认为脾失健运是产生带下病的内在原因，加之湿邪为患损伤任带二脉而成带下，故从脾从湿论治带下病，根据辨证分为：脾虚、寒湿、湿热、阳虚夹湿、阴虚夹湿等证型，并总结出常用药物为通用药，随证加减，取得了较好的疗效。 【总页数】2页(8-9)
