多处肝切除手术治疗复杂肝胆管结石的效果观察

【摘要】ObjectiveObserved and analysed several hepatic surgery clinical effect for the treatment of complicated hepatolith.Methods From November 2012 to November 2013, 126 patients with hepatolith complexity were divided into observation group and control group in the two groups, 63 cases in each group, observation group underwent several liver resection surgery, controls the body shock wave of gravel method treatment, compared two groups of therapeutic effect.Results Observation group cure rate was 92.06%, control group cure rate was 74.60%, the observation group of adverse reactions in 5 cases, control group in 3 patients, but the complications and lower recurrence group, satisfaction was higher,P<0.05, with statistical signiifcance.Conclusion Several liver resection surgery complexity hepatolith effect is better.%目的：观察并分析多处肝切除手术治疗复杂肝胆管结石的临床效果。方法选取我院2012年11月～2013年11月收治的126例复杂肝胆管结石患者作为研究对象，将其随机分为观察组和对照组两组，每组63例。为对照组患者采用体内冲击波碎石的方法进行治疗，观察组患者采用多处肝切除术的方法进行治疗，观察并比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者的治疗效果优于对照组患者的治疗效果，治愈患者58例，治疗有效率为92.06%，对照组治愈患者47例，
