彩色多普勒超声检查在乳腺癌诊断中的应用

【摘要】Objective To discuss and analyze color doppler sonography role and significance in the clinical diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods From June 2014 to June 2015 period in our hospital,22 cases of pathological y confirmed after breast cancer,compared to its color doppler ultrasound results. Results 22 cases of breast cancer in selected patients,the clinical validation surgery,13 cases of malignant tumors,benign tumors in 9 cases,no oversight and misdiagnosed cases occur. Conclusion Color doppler sonography in the diagnosis of breast cancer,has a very high sensitivity and specificity,is of great significance in clinical diagnosis.%目的：讨论并分析彩色多普勒超声检查在乳腺癌临床诊断中的作用与意义。方法选取2014年6月～2015年6月我院收治的，经过手术病理证实的乳腺癌患者22例，对比其彩色多普勒超声检查结果。结果在选取的22例乳腺癌患者中，经临床手术验证，恶性肿瘤13例，良性肿瘤9例，无误诊与失察病例发生。结论彩色多普勒超声检查在乳腺癌的诊断中，具有十分高的灵敏度与特异度，在临床诊断中具有十分重大的意义。 【总页数】2页(170-171)
