论地理标志知识产权协同战略的构建和保障机制

【摘要】地理标志制度在我国建立以来,发挥着越来越重要的作用,地理标志产业已经成为农业经济中的一支重要力量.对于实现农业现代化、保护农业生态和增强农产品的市场竞争力,地理标志均发挥着重要作用.在我国农业转型升级、中央提出“科技兴农”的背景下,地理标志产业的发展应该突破商业标志法的狭隘思路,建立起和商标、专利、植物新品种以及著作权等知识产权形态相结合的协同发展战略.地理标志协同战略的构建,尚需要相应的组织保障、利益保障和法律保障等配套保障机制的建立.%Geographical indications system has been playing an increasingly important role in our country since it has been set up, so geographical indications industry has become an important force of agricultural economy. For the realization of agricultural modernization, the protection of agricultural ecology and enhance the market competition ability of produce, geographical indications all play an important role.
