上海市36家医院营养食堂卫生管理措施干预效果评价

【摘要】目的:该研究旨在评价干预措施对医院营养食堂食堂环节采样方面的效果,确保为患者提供安全卫生的饮食。方法:随机抽取不同等级的36家医院营养食堂,采用现场试验研究方法。结果:通过行政干预后干预组医院营养食堂食具环节大肠菌群检测提高了18.39%。结论:通过对比干预前后36家医院营养食堂,发现干预措施使上海市医院营养食堂食堂环节采样有不同程度的提高。此项举措是有效的,值得进行推广。%Objective The aim of this study was to evaluate the intervention measures of sampling effect onhospital nutrition canteen link, ensure the safety and health for the patient's diet.Method In 36 hospitals of different grades of nutrition canteen randomly, with field experimentresearch method.Results Through administrative intervention testing group hospital nutrition canteenstableware link coliform group increased by 18.39%.Conclusion Through the contrast before and after the intervention of 36 hospital nutrition canteen, found that the intervention of Shanghai city hospital nutrition canteenprocess sampling have varying degrees of increase.
