一、摘要
本次课题根据福建旺宝物流公司配送中心作为研究对象,根据货物的储存、订单等相关信息,进行分析处理,并进行分工。编制实施的储配作业计划;计算出所设计方案的各项作业成本与时间;安排工作计划;预测出实施方案可能出现的问题和应对方案。从而使配送中心地理位置最合理,成本最低。
二、队员分工及工作安排
主管:
1、制定仓储工作方案,落实相关工作。 2、对整体方案进行规划,优化和整理。 3、将仓储工作落实分配给两名仓管员。
4、对整个方案制作和实操过程进行全过程监督,并协助其他两名成员。
5、对工作计划进行执行,监督并督促其他成员完成相关工作。
仓管1:
1、物动量ABC分类表:根据周转量的累计百分比进行分类。 2、指定货物组托盘示意图:根据货物托盘、货位、货架的尺寸。 3、货位储存图:以货架的排为单位,将货物的存储的情况反映在示意图。
4、订单有效性分析:根据客户信誉度,利润空间等确认有效订单,便于对订单进行操作以及节约存储成本。
5、问题订单处理意见:接的订单会出现问题,比如“无效订单”这

些订单该如何处理。
6、客户优先权分析:根据订单紧急程度,客户去年对该货物的需求量占总的需求量的比例,客户的信誉度等来划分。
仓管2:
1、库存分配计划表:根据划分后客户的优先等级,将库存依次在不同客户间进行分配。
2、拣货单:根据客户优先权分析结果以及货物现有库存量进行拣选货物。
3、作业计划:根据队员分工,工作安排写出各个负责人在哪个时间段执行任务,是怎样执行,根据什么完成。 4、预算表:作业过程中发生的各种费用。 5、外包委托书。
三、物动量ABC分类表
基本原理:
依据库存货物的周转量,对货物进行ABC分类。其中,A类为高值物动量,其累计库存周转量百分比在70%以下;B类为中值物动量,其累计库存周转量百分比在70%---90%;C类为低值物动量,其累计库存周转量百分比在90%以上。
依据案例给出的福建旺宝物流公司的库存周转统计表,我们对需入库的货物进行物动量分类,为库内的规范管理提供依据。对A类货物实行重点管理,B类次重点管理,C类则进行一般管理。

四、定制货物组托示意图
根据货物、货架的基本信息,我们对各货物在托盘上的堆码进行了设计,分别绘制出了货物的奇数层俯视图,偶数层俯视图,主视图。如下所示:
