一、引言:
在我进入大学校园不久后,大量的空闲时间、自由而泛式的讲课方式,让习惯于之前学涯“被教育”的我有些措手不及。学生会、社区形形总总,社团、校讲解团纷纷云云,各种新鲜感爆棚,同样让缺失这方面经历的我目不暇接。一学期下来,自己总是忙碌的,有时根本无法平衡好活动与学习的时间,总不知道自己到底在忙些什么,我忙这些的意义在哪儿。我开始迷茫,加上当初专业是被调剂的,对它的了解几乎没多少,我到底是否应该继续将这个专业读下去,我到底适合什么样的工作,什么才能锻炼自己的能力。
就在我的疑惑不断深重的同时,职业生涯规划课给我适时地指明了方向,老师通过“爱鞋的男孩”等,形象地描绘了兴趣、能力、性格等等在我们人生职涯中的重要意义,。
因此,在老师的指导之下,我开始着手进行细致深入地探索:在自我探索中,我明白了每个人都有自己的个性和特点,都有自己的价值观和技能。我在之后职业选择时,应当好好利用自己在这些方面的优势,同时,为了更出色地从事职业,我要相对性地培养一些专业能力,专业性格,专业特点等,让职涯更加顺利。
在外部探索中,我了解到了我们学校的师资队伍,专业状况,以及学校图书馆的相关宝贵的资料。同时我也相应了解了各色国家政策,帮助自己选择职业。
在职业生涯规划课的指引之下,我已经全身心地准备好展开一段属于自己的精彩旅程!
二、自我探索:我就是我!
我渐渐明白每个人在兴趣、能力、性格、价值观方面都有所差异,就像世界上没有两片完全相同的树叶一样,这些不同往往对我们的以后从事的职业有着潜移默化的影响,以下就是我在四个方面做出来的测评结果:
