reform,increasing investment in the primary industry,promoting development of the manufacturing sector,improving industrial structure,forwarding urban infrastructure and technological innovation capability.%对连云港市工业化与城市化协调发展的制约因素进行分析,从加快相关制度改革,加大第一产业投入,推动制造业发展,改善产业结构,促进城市基础建设,促进技术创新能力等方面对连云港市工业化与城市化协调发展的对策进行研究。
