臂踝脉搏波传导速度与冠状动脉病变程度的关系

【摘要】Objective To estimate the relation between braehial ankle pulse wave velocity (baPWV) and the severity of coronary atherosclerosis. Methods One hundred and sixty-two cases undertaken coronary angiography (CA) or percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) were enrolled. According to CA or PCI results,patients were divided into coronary artery disease group (83 mild lesion cases and 40 severe lesion cases) and normal group (39 cases). All eases were checked up with baPWV by an automatic analysis system of angiosclerosis.The correlation between baPWV and coronary lesion ( Gensini score ) were analyzed. Results The difference of baPWV between coronary artery disease group and normal group was significant (P＜0.01). There were also significant differences among normal, mild lesion, and severe lesion groups (P＜0.01 ). The value of baPWV of the normal group and that of the severe lesion group were all significantly higher than that of the mild lesion group (P＜0.01). The Gensini score was positively correlated with baPWV ( r = 0.522, P＜0.01). Muhivariable logistic regression analysis showed that diabetes, baPWV and high density lipoprotein-cholesterol were predictive factors for severe coronary artery disease.
