电子商务对企业竞争力的影响

摘要
本文分析了电子商务的特点和竞争优势,指出了电子商务将对企业造成五个方面的影响和变革,指出了为了提高企业竞争力发展电子商务的策略。
电子商务的竞争优势,电子商务做为新的商务形式极大提高了传统商务活动的效益和效率,与传统商务活动相比,它具有下列竞争优势:降低交易成本。首先,通过网络营销活动企业可以提高营销效率和降低促销费用;其次,电子商务可以降低采购成本,因为借助Internet企业可以在全球市场寻求最优惠价格的供应商,而且通过与供应商信息共事可减少中间环节由于信息不准确带来的损失。减少库存。企业为应付变化莫测的市场需求,不得不保持一定库存产品和原材料。产生库存的根本原因是信息不畅,以信息技术为基础的电子商务则可以改变企业决策中信息不确切和不及时问题。电子商务的发展必将逐渐打破企业行业界限,使不同的企业面对相同的市场,处于相同的平等的竞争条件。市场将成为一个复杂、多变的竞争体系。企业如何利用电子商务提升自身竞争力,是企业生存和发展的关键。
本文将从管理方法、思想认识、人才培养、业务流程的重组再造等方面对企业利用电子商务提升竞争力做一些有益的探索和分析。

Abstract
This paper analyses the characteristics of electronic commerce and competitive advantage, and points out the electronic commerce will result in five aspects of the enterprise and the influence of the change, points out the development of electronic commerce strategy in order to improve enterprise competitiveness.
The competitive advantage of electronic commerce, electronic commerce as a new form of business greatly improve the effectiveness and efficiency of traditional business activities, compared with the traditional business activities, it has the following competitive advantages: reducing transaction costs. First of all, through the network marketing enterprise can improve the marketing efficiency and reduce the promotion cost; Second, e-commerce can reduce the purchasing cost, because with the help of the Internet companies can seek the most preferential price of suppliers in the global market, and by working with supplier information can reduce the intermediate links because of the loss caused by inaccurate information. Reduce the inventory. To cope with the vagaries of the market demand, companies had to maintain a certain inventory products and raw materials. Poor is the root cause of the inventory information, on the basis of the information technology of the electronic commerce enterprise decision-making information can change not exactly and timely.
The development of electronic commerce will gradually break the enterprise boundaries, make different enterprise facing the same market, equal competition in the same conditions. Will become a complex and changeful market competition system. How to make use of e-commerce to improve its competitiveness, is the key of enterprise survival and development.

1. 绪论
基于互联网的迅速发展,电子商务成为新的生产力,对人们的日常生活、商务活动产生直接和间接的作用,综合商务技能和商务信息化于一体。作为关键的发展契机,传统企业能否抓住此次机遇关乎企业生存。
本课题着重阐述电子商务的特性和竞争优势,指出电子商务在提升企业竞争力过程中的作用,同时根据企业竞争力的来源来阐述如何利用电子商务提升企业竞争力的策略。
1.1 研究背景
企业竞争力的定义表述为:企业通过对自身资源的整合、企业组织结构的调整等方式使企业能够在市场上具有一定的竞争市场,在加工过程中利用外部资源等方式创造产品的价值,使消费者得到产品的价值和使用价值,实现企业的价值,企业竞争力能够使企业更有效地向市场提供产品和服务,并且获得更好的发展前景。
企业的竞争力一般从表面竞争力、支持平台的竞争力及核心竞争力三个层面来进行阐述。
第一层是表面竞争力层,主要指企业在产品的生产到产品的销售过程中,企业对产品的质量、成本的控制,以及销售过程中企业服务质量的好坏和渠道的便捷性等。从短期来看,是企业能否占有市场份额的关键性因素。
第二层是支持平台竞争力层,主要包括企业业务流程、企业运行机制和企业规模等。
第三层是企业核心竞争力层,这个层面上主要涉及品牌的塑造和企业文化的塑造。
