摘要

转炉倾动机构是转炉炼钢中的关键部分,它处于高温多尘环境工作,倾动力矩大、速比高、启动和制动频繁、承受较大的动载荷。因此对于转炉倾动机构的研究和设计是十分必要的,它不仅关系到兑铁水、加废钢、取样、测绘、出钢、倒渣、喷补炉等工艺操作顺利进行,而且关系到产品安全和人生安全等重大问题。

本设计说明书以包钢炼钢厂210吨转炉全悬挂倾动装置为借鉴,以倾动角度连续回转360°、倾动速度范围从0.2r/min到1.5r/min进行的设计、转炉可连续工作并可根据工艺要求实现任意位置的点动进行设计。主要内容包括:转炉倾动力矩的计算过程(本次设计采用计算机程序设计);倾动机械及其传动件的设计(包括传动方案的选择、根据倾动力矩进行电动机的选择和校核、减速器的设计、主要零部件的强度校核);抗扭缓冲装置的设计。

ABSTRACT

Converter tilting mechanism BOF is a key part of it at high temperature and dust environment,dumping Moment,high-speed ratio,activation and brake frequently to take greater dynamic load.Because converter tilting the research and design is necessary,not only against the hot metal to increase scrap,sampling,Steel,reversing slag,Gunning process heaters operating smoothly,but is also related to product safety and life safety and other major issues. The design of brochures to 210 tons of Baotou Steel steelworks all flags converter tilting device for the reference,Tilting to continuous rotary angle of 360°.Tilting speed range from 0.2 to 1.5r/min.1.5r/min the design,Converter may be under continuous working process requirements to achieve arbitrary move the location of the design.Main contents include:Moment converter dumping calculations (this

design using computer

programming);Tilting pieces of machinery and drive the design (including the choice of driving programs,According to the dumping Moment of choice for motor and Verification,reducer design,the main components of strength check);torsional buffer design.
