【摘要】目的:对比分析外固定支架与锁定加压钢板治疗桡骨远端C型骨折的临床疗效.方法:选取2014年6月~2015年6月在我院接受治疗的80例桡骨远端C型骨折患者作为研究对象.将患者随机分成观察组、对照组,每组各40例患者,其中观察组采用外固定支架进行治疗,对照组采用锁定加压钢板进行治疗.以2组患者并发症发生情况、骨折愈合时间、住院时间、手术时间、术中出血量为观察指标.结果:2组患者经过相应的治疗,观察组患者恢复情况明显优于对照组,并在术后随访1年,经过相应检查得出观察组患者并发症发生率为7.5%,明显低于对照组发生率12.5%.且2组差异P<0.05,具有统计学意义.结论:通过治疗可以看出,2组患者均取得了良好的临床效果,但总体上外固定支架略优于锁定加压钢板治疗,值得临床推广.%Objective:Comparative Analysis of the external fixator and clinical effect of locking compression plate in treatment of type C distal radius fractures.Methods:from June 2014 to June 2015 in our hospital treated 80 cases of type C distal radius fractures in patients as research subjects.The patients were randomly divided into observation

of the two groups were complications,fracture healing time,hospital stay,operative time,blood loss was observed.Results:The two groups of patients after appropriate treatment,recovery of the observation group were significantly better than the control group,and were followed up for 1 year after the respective inspection results observed in patients complication rate was 7.5%,significantly lower than the control group The incidence of 12.5%.And the difference was P <0.05,statistically significant.Conclusion:It could be seen through treatment,patients in both groups achieved good clinical results,but in general the external fixator should be slightly better than locking compression plate fixation,worthy of promotion. 【总页数】3页(18-20)
