【摘要】Objective To explore the correlation between HLA‐Ⅱ gene polymorphism and gestational dia‐betes in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region .Methods We select 100 pregnant women with gestational diabetes as the experimental group ,and 100 pregnant women with normal glucose tolerance as the control group .The HLA‐Ⅱ genes of two groups of pregnant women are detected and analyzed by sequence‐specific

technology .Results From genetic detection results of the pregnant women in two groups , DQA1*0301 ,DRB1*0301 and DRB1*1302 allele frequency in GDM group is significantly higher than that of control group
,and
the
difference
has
statistical
significance
(P<0.05);DQA1*0103 ,DQA1*0501 and DQB1*0601 allele frequency is lower than that of control group ,but there has no significant difference between two groups (P>0.05) ,DQB1*0201 ,DQB1*0302 and DQB1*0602 allele frequency is higher than that of control group ,but the difference also has no statistical significance (P>0 .05) .Conclusion In the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Re‐gion ,there has been a relation between
HLA‐Ⅱ alleles and the incidence of gestational diabetes ,and allele DRB1*0301 ,DRB1*1302 and DQA1*0301 are the susceptibility genes of gestational diabetes .%目的：探讨广西壮族自治区人类白细胞抗原（HLA）‐Ⅱ类基因多态性与妊娠期糖尿病的相关性。方法选取妊娠期糖尿病（GDM ）孕妇100例作为试验组，100例糖耐量正常的孕妇作为对照组，采用序列特异性引物聚合酶链反应（PCR）对2组孕妇的HLA‐Ⅱ类基因进行检测和分析。结果2组孕妇经基因检测后， GDM组等位基因DQA1*0301、DRB1*0301和DRB1*1302的频率显著高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；DQA1*0103、DQA1*0501和DQB1*0601等位基因的频率低于对照组，但差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），DQB1*0201、DQB1*0302、DQB1*0602等位基因的频率高于对照组，但差异也无统计学意义（ P＞0.05）。结论在广西壮族自治地区，HLA‐Ⅱ类等位基因与 GDM 的发病存在相关的联系，等位基因DRB1*0301、DRB1*1302和DQA1*0301是妊娠期糖尿病的易感基因。 【总页数】3页(1462-1464)
