【摘要】Objective To compared the clinical effect of extracorporeal shock-wave lithotripsy(ESWL) and minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy(mPCNL) for kidney lower calycal calculi. Methods Among Seventy-five patients with kidney lower calycal calculi,fifty-four patients in ESWL group were treated with ESWL,twenty-one patients in mPCNL group were treated with mPCNL, the stone clearance and complication were compared between two groups. Results The stone clearance of ESWL group and mPCNL group was 31.5% and 76.2% respectively, the stone clearance of mPCNL group was significantly higher than that of ESWL group( P <0.05 ). In ESWL group, the complications included forty-eight cases of varying degrees of gross hematuria,six cases of fever,two cases of perirenal hematoma;in mPCNL group,the complications included one case of delayed hemorrhage after operation and three cases of urinary tract infection. Conclusion For the patients with kidney lower calycal calculi with stone diameter of 1-2 cm,the stone clearance of mPCNL is higher than that of ESWL,and the complication is few.%目的 比较体外冲击波碎石术(ESWL)与微创经皮肾镜取
