基于铜修饰硝酸根传感器的研究

【摘要】A method based on square wave voltammetry (SWV) to modify glassy carbon electrode with freshly copper to determinate nitrate was described. The parameters such as the electrolyte concentration and the pH of the test solution had significant effects on the corresponding reduction current density. The electrode showed a good linear response of reduction current density to nitrate ions concentration. The experiment results demonstrated that the proposed electrode showed high sensitivity which was 0. 0292A/(mol/L) within a concentration range of 10 jxmol/L ~ 1 000 jxmol/L (R2 =0.9991) ,and was 0.0225A/(mol/L)in the range of 1 000 (jimol/L ~5 500 ujnol/L(tf2 =0.9922). Interference analysis with 7 kinds of ions( NO 2 ,C1- , HPO2-4 , CO2-3 ,SI2-4 ,H2PO4 ,PO3-4 ,) commonly found in surface water indicated that the electrode in this paper had good selectivity to NO3.
