摘要:随着人类社会生产力的不断提高和迅速发展,世界步入了一个越来越自动化的时代,最为糕点行业的革命性工具之一的糕点切片机正日益成为糕点生产企业的必需品。糕点切片机要求实现两个动作:糕点的直线间歇移动和切刀的往复运动。通过两者的动作配合进行切片。改变直线间歇移动速度或每次间歇的输送距离,以满足糕点的不同切片厚度的需要。本文将就应用连杆和棘轮作为主要机构实现糕点切片进行设计。

一 设计任务

(一) 设计题目:糕点切片机

(二) 工作原理及工艺的动作过程

糕点先成型(如长方体、圆柱体等)经切片后再烘干。糕点切片机要求实现两个动作:糕点的直线间歇移动和切刀的往复运动。通过两者的动作配合进行切片。改变直线间歇移动速度或每次间歇的输送距离,以满足糕点的不同切片厚度的需要。

如结构示意图所示,电动机经减速后,达到40转/分。再用棘轮机构连接一皮带组成糕点的进给机构,并满足间歇运动的要求。同时通过另外一组皮带轮带动曲柄滑块机构运动(滑块上带切刀),实现糕点的切片。间歇运动机构与切刀运动机构工作协调。由于每一次切的过程都一样,从而使每一片糕点的大小都一样。而通过改变进给的距离,可调整切片的厚度。

糕点切片机主要结构组成如图1 所示

(三)机构的一些尺寸

1)糕点厚度:10-20mm。

2)糕点切片长度(亦即切片高)范围:5-80mm 。

3)切刀切片时最大作用距离(亦即切片宽度方向):300mm。 4)切刀工作节拍:40次/min。

5)工作阻力很小。要求选用的机构简单、轻便、运动灵可靠。 6)电机可选用,功率(或)、1390r/min。 主要设计要求是:

(1)通过调整进给的距离,达到切出不同厚度糕点的需要。

(2)要确保进给机构与切片机构协调工作,全部送进运动应在切刀返回过程中完成,输送运动必须在切刀完全脱离切口后方能开始进行。
