成人自身免疫性肠病一例并部分文献分析

【摘要】One case was selected from our hospital and another 31 cases from literature.Symptoms, endoscopic and pathological manifestations and autoimmune examinations of all cases were summarized and analyzed.Their major symptoms were prolonged diarrhea (100％) and malabsorption (100％).Specific small bowel histology indicated villous blunting and minimal intraepithelial lymphocytosis.And 15 of them had some other autoimmune diseases.And many positive autoimmune antibodies were detected, including anti-enterocyte antibodies (n =20), anti-intestinal goblet cell antibody (n =7) and anti-nuclear antibody (n =9).Most

autoimmune enteropathy is a rare syndrome with intractable diarrhea and malabsorption.And it may be accompanied by other autoimmune diseases in some cases.%报道1例成人自身免疫性肠病的临床资料,并结合31例文献病例分析该病的临床症状、内镜下表现、病理检查表现和自身免疫学检查.结果显示,32例自身免疫性肠病患者的主要症状均为慢性腹泻(100％)和吸收不良(100％);小肠黏膜病理表现包括小肠绒毛萎缩可见上皮内少量淋巴细胞;部分患者(15/32)同时患有其他自身免疫性疾病,伴有多种自身抗体阳性(其中抗肠上皮抗体阳性者20例,抗小肠杯状细胞抗体阳性者7例,抗核抗体阳性者9
