In the long history of human society, the motor vehicle (车辆) has killed and disabled more people than any bomb or weapon ever invented. Many of the accidents on the streets are mainly from bad behavior of drivers who refuses to respect the legal and moral(道德的) rights of others. As a matter of fact, the enemies of society on wheels are rather harmless people who just act carelessly, you might say.
