time. ;CONSTITUTION: On the upstream side of water of a pontoon bridge built on a river, a plural number of rope
suspension fitting wheels 8 are provided. In the meantime, on a first wire rope 5 installed on the river, a plural number of rope suspension fittings 7 are provided. Between the rope suspension fitting
wheels 8 and the rope suspension fittings 7, a wire rope 6 is suspended. End parts of the first wire rope 5 and the wire rope 6 are pulled by a chain block at river banks 3, 4.
