【摘要】Objective To evaluate the effect and adverse reaction of FOLFOX 6 regimen combined with abdominal endogeny heat therapy on advanced colorectal cancer.Methods Thirty-nine cases in control group were treated by FOLFOX 6 regimen: oxaliplatin 85mg/m2 iv over 2h on d1; leucovorin 200mg/m2 iv over 2h on d1; fluorouracil( 5-FU ) 400mg/m2 iv bolus on d1 ,and then followed by total 2400mg/m2 over 46h continuous infusion.Two weeks was a cycle.Thirty-nine cases in treatment group were treated by FOLFOX6 regimen( the same as control group) combined with abdominal endogeny heat therapy: 1h after 5-FU on d1 and d8 in each cycle.After 4 cycles of treatment effect and adverse reaction were evaluated.Results In treatment group, the overall response rate( CR + PR)was 56.41％, and median TTP was 9.5 months; while in control group CR + PR was 41.03 ％, and median TTP was 8.6 months.The overall response rate in treatment group was slightly higher than that in control group.However, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P =0.174, P =0.812).Nervous system toxicity in treatment group was significantly
