【摘要】This paper explores a brand new method to gain the user perception directly and fast based on the idea of mobile Intemet, in order to resolve the difficulties faced in network optimization and the disadvantages of traditional optimization mode. With this method instead of traditional KPI, users can use and monitor the network and give their feedback via mobile Internet and smart devices, which can help to find the problems (including network quality) influencing user perception. This method is in line with the trends of network automation and intelligence, which can effectively increase the efficiency and reduce the cost of network optimization.%针对当前网络优化面临的困难，文章探索了一种全新的快速直接了解真实用户感知的方法，利用移动互联网和智能终端，将每个用户作为对网络的使用者、监测者、反馈者存在，发现更多真正影响用户感知的问题、网络问题。这种崭新的网优方向也符合未来网优自动化、智能化的趋势，有效提升了效率，降低了成本。 【总页数】4页(73-76)
