灯盏花素联合醒脑静注射液治疗急性脑梗死45例临床观察

【摘要】Objective:To explore the clinical effect of breviscapine combined with Xing Nao Jing injection in the treatment of 45 patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods:90 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 45 cases in each group.Two groups were given conventional western medicine treatment.The control group were treated with citicoline 0.5 g intravenous drip on the basis of conventional therapy,1 time/day;the treatment group were treated with breviscapine 50 mg intravenous drip,2 times/day;Xing Nao Jing injection 20 mL intravenous drip on the basis of conventional therapy,1 time/day.3 weeks were 1 course.We observed the clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results:The two groups had no obvious adverse reaction.In the treatment group,the total efficiency was 91.11%.In the control group,the total efficiency was 66.67%.The total effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group, and the

was
statistically
