在船舶动力装置中,所用的燃油和滑油含有水分和固体杂质,这样将影响机器的运行和使用寿命。进入柴油机内的燃油中含有水分和杂质使喷油器磨损加剧,燃油的雾化质量下降,燃烧恶化等不良影响。润滑油中含水分和杂质,破坏了运动部件间油膜的形成,加速机件运动磨损。
燃油和滑油在运输和储存过程中,会混入一些水分、铁锈和泥沙等杂质,同时使用中的滑油所含磨损产生的金属屑也随使用的时间而增加,因此,必须对其进行净化处理,以保证动力装置的可靠运行,并延长其使用寿命,尤其是在为了降低营运成本而燃用重柴油石渣油的船舶,油液的净化设施更是必不可少。
然而当分油机跑油的时候会严重影响船舶的正常航行。本文从保证船舶航行安全的角度出发,分析了分油机跑油的原因。介绍了分油机跑油的故障现象及排除措施,提出了防止分油机跑油的管理要点,并以“河北将军”轮出水口跑油故障为例进行了分析讨论。

In Marine power plant, used the fuel and lube oil contains water and solid impurities, this will affect the operation of the machine and service life. In the diesel engine fuel into the contains water and impurities so that the injector fuel atomization wear is intensified, the decline in the quality, burning degradation and other adverse effects. Lubricating oil contains moisture content and impurities, destroy the moving parts of the form, the oil film between accelerated motion wear parts.
Fuel and lubricating oil in the transportation and storage process, mixed in with some water, will rust and sediment, and use of the impurities such as lubricating oil contains wear produced metal bits with use of time but also increased, and, therefore, we must carry on the purification processing, to ensure the reliable operation of the power equipment, and prolong its service life, especially in in order to reduce operating costs and using heavy diesel stone residue, the purification of the oil ship to be more essential facilities.
However, when oil purifier run oil will seriously affect the normal sailing ship. This article from ensuring ship navigation safety of view, this paper analyses oil purifier run the cause of the oil. Introduced the oil purifier run the fault phenomena and eliminate oil, and puts forward the measures to prevent oil purifier run oil, and the key point of management to \outlet are analyzed and discussed.
