煤炭作为我国一次能源利用的主体，几十年来为国民经济社会的发展做出重大贡献，本文通过介绍世界与我国的煤炭资源储备和进出口贸易现状，探讨我国在煤炭资源产销逆向分布的背景下，进出口贸易的实际变化情况和影响煤炭进出口贸易发展的诸多要素，进而分析我国煤炭进出口贸易如何在全球煤炭贸易一体化的形势下，寻求长远发展道路，并更好的符合国家能源发展目标与经济结构调整需要，使之为推动我国经济社会的向前发展做出更大贡献。

As China's primary energy main user-coal,which makes significant contribution to national

economic and social development for decades. This paper describes the world and China's coal reserves and its import and export trade situation, to explore our country in coal resources under the background of production and marketing of reverse distribution, and the change in the import and export trade and the many factors that influence the development of coal import and export trade and then analysis our country coal trade at the global coal trade integration situation, to see-

k long-term development path, and better compliance with national energy development goals and the adjustment of economic structure need to push forward the economic and social develop-ment and make greater contributions.
