【摘要】Objective To observe the clinical effects of dexamethazone (DX), combined with ursodeoxychofic acid (UDCA) and danseng injection in the treatment for intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy (ICP). Methods 5 cases with ICP were treated with the combination of dexamethazone, ursodeoxychofic acid and danseng injection.To score the grade of the symptom of pruritus by the standard of Ribalita. Blood CG, alanine aminotransferase (ALT),aspartate aminotransferase (AST), bile acid (TBA) level were measured before and after treatment. The weight of newborns, Apgar's score, the incidences of amniotic fluid pollution and fetal distress were evaluated after delivery. Results Pruritus in patients with significant improvement after treatment. ALT, AST, TBA was significantly decreased. 5 cases with cesarean delivery, birth weight 2400-3600g, without asphyxia, 5 Apgar's score 8 to 10.
