荥阳文冠果种仁营养品质特性研究

【摘要】本文以荥阳文冠果种仁为实验原料,对其营养成分进行了分析测定及评价。结果表明:文冠果种仁中粗蛋白含量为24.93%,氨基酸含量丰富、种类齐全;粗脂肪含量高达58.37%,其中亚油酸含量达43.30%,油酸含量为34.26%,不饱和脂肪酸含量高酸值小,是我国稀有的木本油料作物,开发前景广阔。%In this paper, the Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge seed cultivated in Xingyang city as experimental ma-terial was to determine and evaluate its compositions.The results showed that the Xanthoce sorbifolia Bunge seed contained crude protein 29.23%,the essential amino acid was complete, and crude fat above 59.80%in which lino-leic acid is as high as 51.79%and oleic acid is 24.44%, having high content of unsaturated fatty acid and low acid value, which is China's rare woody oil crops and has the broad development prospects. 【总页数】3页(21-23)
