产后康复护理干预对初产妇康复的影响分析

【摘要】目的 探讨产后康复护理干预措施对产妇康复的影响. 方法 选取在本院生产的初产妇166例作为观察对象,随机分为两组,各83例. 对照组给予常规护理措施,观察组采用产后康复干预,观察两组患者各种临床康复情况的差异. 结果 观察组在产伤恢复、子宫复旧、食欲、睡眠、精神状态、产后42d盆底肌紧张度方面优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05);并发乳腺炎、产褥感染、乳房胀痛、恶露异常低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05);泌乳始动时间早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05);母乳喂养高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05). 观察组发生抑郁情况及抑郁程度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义( P<0. 05 ). 结论 康复干预有助于产伤恢复及子宫复旧,减少产褥病率提高母乳喂养率.%Objective To study the effects of intervention measures of postpartum rehabilitation. Methods We retro-spectively analyzed the clinical data of primipara who were hospitalized from October to December of 2013. We randomly and e-qually divided the 166 cases into experimental group and the control group. The control group were given conventional nursing,the experimental group were given rehabilitation intervention. We observed the recovery of each groups. Results The experimental group was better than the control group in postpartum
recovery,uterine
instauration,appetite,sleep,mental
state,pelvic floor muscle tone after forty-two days,and also the concurrent
mastitis,fever,abdominal
pain,breast
tenderness,lochia
abnormalities were signif-icantly lower than the control group. What's more,the lactation pick up time was significantly earlier than the control group,the breastfeeding was more than that of the control group,the depression and the degree of depression were also lower than the control group. The difference were of statistically significant(P<0. 05). Conclusion Rehabilitation intervention could help birth trauma recovery and uterine instauration,reduce the rate of puerperal disease andi ncrease the rate of breastfeeding.
