【摘要】Objective To investigate the factors affecting tuberculosis patient

medication

compliance,and

propose

specific

nursing

interventions. Methods The clinical data of 160 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis in our hospital from July 2011 to May 2014 were retrospectively

analyzed,and

the

implementation

of

nursing

interventions targeted tuberculosis patients,before and after care of patients were medication compliance analysis. Results Age ≥60 years old,high school education or less,income ﹤2000 yuan/ month,the treatment time ≥3 months were caused by patient factors affecting medi-cation adherence;by specific nursing interventions,patient care and medication adherence compared ago improved signifi-cantly,the difference was significant(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusions Low level of education,age,treatment for a long time, poor economic conditions are factors tuberculosis medication compliance impact on patient care and implement targeted inter-ventions can improve patient medication compliance,to has a very positive meaning to enhance the therapeuti effect.%目的：探讨影响肺结核患者用药依从性的因素，提出针对性护理干预措施。方法随机选取河南省胸科医院2011年7月至2014年5月收治的肺结
